At the moment, we are only able to ship to Singapore addresses.

Can I pay by credit/debit card?

We are currently offering Paypal express for online purchases. You may pay by Paypal, VISA or Mastercard.

 

 

I ordered the wrong colour/product! Can I exchange it?

Of course you can! Arrangement to exchange the items must be made within 7 working days from the day of invoice though you would have to bear the return shipping charges. Please drop us an e-mail at sales@stabilo.com.sg before making any returns. Alternatively you may come down to our office to make the exchange free-of-charge. Please ensure that the product(s) is in re-sellable condition.

 

What is the difference between Singapore Post SMARTPAC and Door to Door courier delivery services?

Both services are door-to-door deliveries. SMARTPAC has no selectable delivery schedule but if there is no one to receive package, the postman is able to place the package into the receiver's mailbox (if the mailbox is not too full). For door to door courier, we can arrange for deliveries between the daily timeslots of 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm. If there is no one to receive the package, you may contact the courier from their delivery note to arrange for an alternative delivery date.

 

I noticed from stabilo.com.sg that you have a huge range of products. Why is the full assortment not available on STABILO Shoppe?

We are currently only offering a selected range of products but do stay tuned as we expand our product portfolio periodically.
