"My Child, My Mirror and Me" Parent-Child Workshop
Explore creative methods to connect with your child and learn how parenting through reflections of hues can be more fulfilling and joyful. Bond and build a better relationship with your child by discovering characteristics, motivations and emotional or social needs through colours and the psychology of hues in this workshop. This workshop is facilitated by Veronica Tan Lyann, a colour therapist, life coach and a mom of 3 adult children.
This workshop has been conducted for School Family Education supported by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MCYS in the past) since 2005.
Objective:
To help parents and children build better bonds by empowering their relationship through discovering personalities through colours.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will
- Get an awareness of innate personalities through colour profiling.
- Discover the motivations and needs of individuals.
- Identify similarities and differences and how to deal with them.
- Learn to establish and manage expectations so to enable a more empowering environment for emotional growth and development.

An activity book which promotes relaxation through colouring.
There are both free form and guided colouring techniques that you can follow.
