My Child, My Mirror and Me Workshop

An interactive parenting workshop that helps parents deal with the challenges of raising children through colours. Discover their colour personalities, help children regulate emotions and anxiety through colouring.

Colours have a language – it speaks on the levels of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The power of colours has long been used to heal, influence and communicate subconsciously.

A workshop using colour psychology, reflecting our roles as parents and how it affects the emotional health of our families. Workshop is recommended for parents with children of 5 years old and above for the most fruitful discussion on emotional health.

Workshop conducted by Veronica Lyann Tan

Veronica celebrates 20 years as a Colour Therapist in 2021, and she's a living testimony of how colour has impacted her life. Specialises in Colour Therapeutics and a Certification in body-mind integration techniques including EFT and EMDR. She is also a certified graduate from the International Academy of Style Coaches, UK; as well as a graduate of the Landmark Forum Curriculum for Living (ILP #25). In 2005, she received accreditation by the Ministry of Social & Family Development for her parenting workshop which were conducted in schools and at non-profit organisations.
